1. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. How long will shipping take?
- Domestic orders: 3–7 business days.
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout).
- International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at connectfacemax@gmail.com. if you notice an error in your shipping address. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee changes. Returned packages may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

7. What is your return/exchange policy?
